Chaplain Heath F. Flowers was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel during a promotion ceremony at the 167th Theater Sustainment Command on June 7, 2025. His wife, Mrs. Penny Flowers, ceremoniously pinned his new rank onto his uniform. Chaplain Mitchell Nethery was the guest speaker and celebrated Flowers’ military service and expressed how much he looks forward to working with him in this capacity.
