152nd Airlift Wing Airmen, the "High Rollers" attend Ready Airman Training (RAT) in the Fuel Cell Hangar at the Nevada Air National Guard Base on June 5, 2025. The High Rollers are getting after training programs and initiatives aimed at maintaining a highly skilled and prepared workforce. Ready Airmen Training (RAT) is a program for the U.S. Air Force that provides all Airmen with essential skills and knowledge to operate effectively in various military environments, both at home and when deployed. It's designed to be adaptable to different experience levels and to support the Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) deployment model.
