Members of the Sistema Nacional de Protección Civil (SINAPROC) listen to U.S. Army National Guard Maj. SINAPROC is the Panamanian National Civil Protection System, responsible for protecting the population and responding to disasters of any origin. Members of SINAPROC were amongst other Panamanian agencies, such as the National Police, National Aeronaval Service (SENAN), and National Border Service (SENAFRONT), that engaged in a discussion with Missouri Army National Guard members on topics like military structure and decision making processes, and disaster relief efforts.
