A large group of U.S. Army personnel are conducting a formation run along a paved road, wearing matching black PT (physical training) uniforms with yellow reflective belts. Several soldiers carry military guidon flags and unit colors at the front of the formation. The run appears to be an organized unit physical training event, likely on a military installation.

Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Derek Bean of the 101st Special Troops Battalion, 101st Sustainment Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), along with the Adkins family lead the 2nd Annual Gamberi Run April 16, 2013, at Fort Campbell, Ky. Sgt. 1st Class Charles Adkins was one of the five soldiers of the 101st Special Troops Battalion, 101st Sustainment Brigade lost during an attack at Forward Operating Base Gamberi, Afghanistan April 16, 2011. The Gamberi Run is in honor of those five soldiers.
