The Navy Exchange Service Command went three for three when Senior Chief Retail Services Specialist Marsha L. Tinsley, Chief Retail Services Specialist Angel M. Rosa and Chief Retail Services Specialist Lavida L. Boone all screened to the next paygrade on May 21, 2025. All three service members work in NEXCOM’s Ship’s Store Program, assisting the Fleet and supporting Sailor readiness and quality of life. NEXCOM enables warfighter readiness and strengthens the Navy’s quality of life mission. Providing essential products, services, hospitality and outfitting Navy communities around the globe, NEXCOM is continuously evolving to meet the demands of today’s military operational environment.
