Necoleia Friend, child development director and child and your project manager, speaks at a groundbreaking ceremony that signified the start of construction for a new childcare development center and school aged care facility, June 3, 2025 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.
This project supports military families by increasing access to high-quality childcare for children ages 5 and under. The new facility will add over 200 additional rooms and replace the existing school age care building.
