An MC-130 Commando II assigned to the 27th Special Operations Wing prepares for takeoff for a training exercise during Southern Star 25 on May 29, 2025, in Santiago, Chile. Southern Star ’25 is a multinational special operations exercise taking place across Chile from May 26 to June 8.
