PHILLIPINE SEA (May 28, 2025) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Jaxon Carruba, from Muhlenberg County, Ky., chocks and chains an MH-60R helicopter, attached to Maritime Fighter Squadron (HSM 51), on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86), May 28. Shoup is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 70, and is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
