Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division Technical Director Jeff Koe gives a command overview during the Ventura Defense Industry Forum at the Ventura County Fairgrounds and Event Center in Ventura on April 16. Koe commented on the increasing activity in the Red Sea. “We are experiencing a lot of action in the Red Sea and have shot down more missiles in the last 18 months than we have in the last 10 years,” Koe said.
