U.S. Navy Capt. Sara J. Taylor, commanding officer of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), officiates a change of charge ceremony at CLDJ on May 25, 2025, transferring command from Cmdr. Andrew Smith, mission commander of Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 8, to Cmdr. Randall Reichenbach, mission commander of Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 11.
MSRON 11 provides security for transiting U.S. ships as part of Camp Lemonnier’s dedicated, world-class support for 36 tenant commands, U.S. service members and transient assets.
