Carson Bonds, a newly enlisted Air National Guard recruit, was presented with a ceremonial check by U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Allyson Bailey, a production recruiter assigned to the Florida Air National Guard during an enlistment ceremony at Jacksonville Air National Guard Base, Florida, May 22, 2025. Bonds, who joined the Florida Air National Guard to be a tactical aircraft maintainer, will receive a fifty-thousand-dollar enlistment bonus upon completion of his training. The ceremony, organized by the Florida Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command, is part of a new quarterly initiative aimed at connecting new members with their future units and commanders from day one.
