Two individuals are conducting what appears to be a coastal cleanup or environmental sampling activity on a concrete seawall or breakwater structure. The man in the foreground is wearing blue gloves and holding a small bottle, possibly collecting a sample, while the second person bends down collecting debris into a plastic bag. The setting appears to be an urban waterfront with graffiti-marked walls visible in the background.
