Civilian Leadership Professional Development: Leadership in a Contested Environment
The U.S. Army Materiel Support Command – Korea conducted a Leadership Professional Development (LPD) training session for Department of the Army Civilians (DAC) and Korean National (KN) employees at Camp Carroll Theater on May 15.
KN panels provided insights into changes in their leadership approaches, while Executive Officer (XO) panels shared perspectives on decision-making in contested environments.
Both in person and via Teams, participants engaged in discussions and interactive activities designed to enhance their leadership skills in dynamic operational settings.
