Erik McMahon, "The Commandant's Own" United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, for being accepted into the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., May 16, 2025. MECEP is a multiyear program that selects enlisted Marines without a degree and allows them to earn a commission while concurrently earning a bachelor's degree from a college or university affiliated with an NROTC unit.
