An Iraqi citizen in the Abu T'shir community of the Rashid district located in southern Baghdad voices his concern about power distribution on his street, to the Iraqi interpreter working with Staff Sgt. Jason Hellums, a platoon sergeant assigned to Troop C, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, Multi-National Division -- Baghdad, May 22. The Soldiers of Comanche Troop, operating out of a Combat Outpost in southeastern Baghdad, maintain a 24-hour presence in the muhallas of the predominately Shia community to sustain security and build a relationship with the Iraqi people.
