Winters (Right), the United States army pacific deputy commanding general of strategy and plans, conduct a gift exchange during the land forces pacific (LANPAC) symposium and exposition in Honolulu, Hawaii on 13 May, 2025. LANPAC is a professional development forum that has been an ongoing event for 12 years with 30 participating Indo-Pacific countries to address critical security concerns. LANPAC builds trust by fostering dialogue, enabling collaboration, and sharing innovative solutions that enhance joint and multinational readiness between Indo-Pacific countries.
