Brown, Jr., the command team of the 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, visited Yokota Air Base to meet with JASDF Air Tactics Development Wing leadership—including Maj. Gen. TOMIKAWA Teru and WO YANO Katsumasa—to strengthen bilateral and multilateral training opportunities on Feb. 26, 2025. Discussions focused on enhancing interoperability and readiness, reinforcing integrated air and missile defense strategies, and deepening cooperation among U.S. and Japanese forces for regional security. This meeting further solidifies the U.S.-Japan Alliance as a cornerstone of peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific, with future engagements planned to expand collaboration and shared defense capabilities.
