U.S Army Soldiers under the 326th Division Engineer Battalion, 2nd Mobile Brigade Combat Team 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) attach cargo to a HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter during sling load operations, May 8th, 2025, at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania. A static discharge wand is used to protect the hook-up person from static electricity while they safely attach the clevis of the load to the cargo hook of the aircraft.
