During a training event at Rodriguez Live-Fire Complex near Pocheon, Republic of Korea, on April 18, 2025, ROK Naval Special Warfare Flotilla personnel respond to contact from an opposing force. The use of live opposing forces enabled a combined team of U.S. Naval Special Warfare operators and NSWF personnel to conduct dynamic tactical maneuvers that involved a direct-action raid via air assault, seizing a time-sensitive target, conducting site exploitation and intelligence collection, before exfiltrating with a simulated wounded individual.
