U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Kevin C. Freeman, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist as well as a chemical response team warrant officer, assigned to the 9th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives Company, 110th Chemical Battalion and soldiers of the Singapore Armed Forces, participate in an equipment showcase and exchange during Exercise Tiger Balm 25 at Nee Soon Camp, Singapore, May 7, 2025. Bilateral exercises like Tiger Balm increase the U.S. ability to work together across the military spectrum to respond to crises, support the local population, and accomplish the mission.
