Sharise Spellmon; retired Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon, 55th Chief of Engineers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and Col. Stephen Kolouch, U.S. Army Engineer School commandant, unveil a dedication marker May 1 in the Chief of Engineers Grove of the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Plaza. The Mount Vernon Red Maple is now officially dedicated to Spellmon.
