Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74 drill a water well for the villagers of Shaba, Kenya, as part of a Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa project April 22. The Gulfport, Miss., based Seabees are working with Kenyan Department of Defense well drillers to exchange technical knowledge and strengthen ties between the U.S. and Kenya.
