U.S. Army Col. Charles Green, Commandant of the United States Army Military Police Corps School, expressed his gratitude to the U.S. Army Soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 720th Military Police Battalion, for their dedication to security operations at the southern border in El Centro, California, on May 6, 2025. Col. Green conducted a Joint Operations Area circulation to evaluate how Military Police Corps leaders could better support their subordinate units at the southern border. Under the direction of U.S. Northern Command, Joint Task Force–Southern Border aligns efforts to seal the southern border and repel illegal activity and is responsible for full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations, which will allow for more effective and efficient DoD operations.
