Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, recover from donating blood during a blood drive in support of the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under observation from Corpsmen and civilian personnel assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California, on 01 May 2025. The ASBP is the official military provider of blood products to the U.S. armed forces. NMCB 4 is implementing a robust construction skill training plan to prepare for a dynamic mission set throughout the Indo-Pacific in support of Combatant Commander strategic objectives.
