The Ancient Order of Saint Barbara is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity and moral character, displayed an outstanding degree of professional competence and served the Artillery with selflessness. The St. Barbara’s Day ceremony was hosted by 12th Marine Littoral Regiment. Eltringham, a native of Rhode Island, is the commanding officer and Rauschelbach, a native of Missouri, is the field artillery chief of 12th MLR, 3d Marine Division.
