The St. Barbara’s Day ceremony was hosted by 12th Marine Littoral Regiment. Eltringham, a native of Rhode Island, is the commanding officer and Rauschelbach, a native of Missouri, is the field artillery chief of 12th MLR, 3d Marine Division.
