AGANA HEIGHTS, Guam (April 16, 2025) Dr. Stephen Ferrara, acting assistant secretary of defense for health affairs, recognizes Tatiana Credidio, assistant department head for human resources at U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, for her work advocating for civilian personnel and managing all civilian personnel functions, including the hiring actions and the hospital’s award program. Ferrara visited USNH Guam where he toured the military treatment facility and met with hospital leadership to learn more about their dual role in keeping warfighters fit to fight and delivering health care to beneficiaries on the geographically isolated island of Guam.
