U.S. Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Evan H. Bertrand, a Network Operations Technician with the 265th Combat Communications Squadron, works to establish communications on April 29th, 2025 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The 265th is taking part of their Guard Tour 2025 exericse, a forward-deployment exercise where two different units establish communications with one another between Maine and Puerto Rico.
