The best Soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers from the all around the Arkansas National Guard, as well as soldiers from Arkansas' State Partner Nation, Guatamala, compete in the High Physical Demand Tasks (HPDT) event of the State Best Warrior Competition in Camp Robinson, Ark., April 16, 2025. The annual competition tests physical fitness, professionalism, marksmanship, land navigation, basic soldier skills, and knowledge to determine who the best warriors are.
The winners will then advance to a regional competition, and on to nationals. These competitions drive soldiers to stay on top of their skills and fitness, building camaraderie and the expertise of our nationals elite.
