The 2025 Army Contracting Command Best Warrior and noncommissioned officer of the fiscal year, Sgt. 1st Class Devin Fuller, a contracting NCO in the 919th Contracting Battalion of the 418th Contracting Support Brigade, under the Mission and Installation Contracting Command is pictured performing warrior tasks and battle drills at the Volunteer Training Site, Catoosa County, Georgia while an evaluator looks on. The 5-day competition, conducted from April 21-25, comprised 13 evaluated events, including the Army Combat Fitness Test, a six-mile road march, a combat water survival test, weapons qualification, warrior task and battle drills and land navigation.
