NATIONAL TRAINING CENTER, FORT IRWIN, Calif. (March 13, 2025) – Col. Freddie Robinson, the Joint Air Component Coordination Element team director for the 186th Air Operations Group, facilitates communication with the Combined Joint Task Force and 1st Lt. Kaitlin Volk, an air battle manager, during Project Convergence Capstone 5 at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California, March 13, 2025. For the experiment, the JACCE was imbedded with the Army’s XVIII Airborne Corps to assist with doctrinal, technical and communication challenges between the CJTF and the TOC-L system.
