BAY OF BISCAY – (April 22, 2025) Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Taylor Gala Rodríguezes, attached to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 79, Detachment 3, conducts pre-flight maintenance on a MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter from the portside hanger bay of the USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) on April 22, 2025. USS Bulkeley is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations to support the warfighting effectiveness, lethality, and readiness of U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, and defend U.S., Allied and partner interests in the region.
