Joseph Fromknecht, Medical Service Corps Chief at the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Sigonella, presided over the Oath of Office ceremony during which Ensign Cameron Galindo was commissioned into the Medical Service Corps. As the Medical Service Corps Chief, Cdr.
