On April 13, 2025, a wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C., to honor President Thomas Jefferson's 282nd birthday. The ceremony was conducted by ceremonial guard members from each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and the wreath was placed by Maj. Gen. Trevor J.
