Rear Adm. Sean A. Pybus, left, director of operations for the Center for Special Operations at the U.S. Special Operations Command, speaks with instructor Kelli Richter in the fitness facility of the Naval Special Warfare Preparatory school at Recruit Training Command at Naval Station Great Lakes. Pybus gave the keynote speech at an activation ceremony for the school and toured the facility. The new school is designed to provide candidates with the physical and mental tools necessary to pass the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL program to support increased special warfare manning requirements.
