Stephen Yargosz, Commanding Officer Naval Station Great Lakes, speaks during a ribbon cutting event for the Military Construction (MILCON) Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program P-828 aboard Naval Station Great Lakes, April 24. The project integrates independent building-level industrial control system (ICS) capabilities, advanced HVAC programming, and retro-commissioning to achieve significant energy savings of over 200,000 MMBtu/year and $2.4 million in annual utility cost savings.
