    Customs and Border Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, West Texas and New Mexico U.S. border sector award ceremony for first quarter 2013 and annual awards for 2012. CBP awards presentation ceremony took place at El Paso CBP Station, March 1, 2013. U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Deputy Division Chief Michael E. Przybyl presented Border Patrol Explorer Kaila Paul of Deming, N.M., with the CBP sector level award here March 1. Her father, Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Michael D. Paul (right) was present at the annual CBP award ceremony at El Paso CBP station. The Explorer program partners with the Learning for Life program of the Boy Scouts of America, though the posts are clearly coed.
