U.S. Army Sgt. 1st. Class Michael Heath, assigned to the U.S. Army Parachute Team (The Golden Knights) presents the Battle of Lexington Battle Streamer to soldiers from 4th Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), Lexington, Mass., on April 19, 2025. Soldiers from the Old Guard took part in a solemn Lexington Battle Green rededication ceremony commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Lexington, the opening conflict of the American Revolutionary War. Their presence not only honored the patriots who stood their ground on April 19, 1775, but also symbolized the enduring legacy of service and sacrifice that began on that historic day.
