John Franek (left) and Terry Salyers take piezometer measurements, April 5, 2025 and are part of the dedicated maintenance crew at West Fork Lake in Cincinnati, Ohio, monitoring the dam and keeping watch 24 hours a day during this high water event.

The reservoir has flood storage capacity to manage additional runoff and reduce downstream flooding risks.

The dam is operating as intended and there are no dam safety concerns.
