YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 16, 2025) - Operations Specialist 3rd Class Keora Whitaker, a USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114) Sailor temporarily assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Transient Personnel Unit, sweeps water and mud outside the installation's Carney Pedestrian Gate Wednesday, April 16 in Yokosuka, Japan. Whitaker joined Sailors from USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) in a beautification project on the pedestrian overpass connecting the naval base to Yokosuka's Honcho District and Dobuita Street.
