250331-N-XB532-1155 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Mar. 31, 2025) U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 12 fast rope from an MH-60S Sea Hawk, attached to the "Tridents" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, onto the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-Class guided missile destroyer USS Mahan (DDG 72), March 31, 2025. USS Mahan is underway with the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group in the Atlantic Ocean completing integrated naval warfighting training. Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) is the Joint Force’s most complex integrated training event and prepares naval task forces for sustained high-end Joint and combined combat.
