U.S. Military medical professionals receive a briefing upon arrival at Disaster City during Operation Vapor Trails, a medical training exercise, as part of Texas A&M’s Disaster Day in College Station, Texas, March 28, 2025. Partnering with the college during its annual student-led interprofessional emergency response simulation, these military medical professionals were tasked with receiving, triaging, and stabilizing victims of a simulated humanitarian event, providing in-flight medical care, and ultimately transporting them to JBSA for further care. This collaborative effort allowed participating agencies to enhance their emergency response skills and interoperability, better preparing them to handle real-world emergencies and provide comprehensive care in any situation.
