Soldiers from across the Army compete during the 2025 Lacerda Cup Competition Preliminary Rounds event, April 8, 2025, at Freedom Hall on Fort Benning, Georgia. Competitors begin preliminary rounds using predetermined rules. The competition is named in honor of the late Staff Sgt.
