    Coast Guard recruits from Zulu Company 187, do pushups on the beach of Training Center Cape May during one of many mentor sessions with their company commanders in the later weeks of training March 26, 2013. The stages of drowning and hypothermia were described the recruits as they looked out over the horizon and reaffirmed their commitment to protect, defend, save and shield the American people.
