Members of the 101st Maintenance Squadron, Bangor Air National Guard Base, ME, perform scheduled maintenance on the landing gear system of a KC-135 Stratotanker, April 6, 2025. The 101st Air Refueling Wing first received KC-135s in April of 1976, and has since utilized the KC-135A, KC-135E, and currently the KC-135R.
