KITTERY, Maine (April 4, 2025) – U.S. Navy Director, Undersea Warfare Division Rear Adm. Mark Behning (left) discusses ongoing construction at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard with Deputy Officer In Charge of Construction-Portsmouth, Nate Maher during a visit to the shipyard, Kittery, Maine, April 4. Behning met with leadership and toured base facilities, and ongoing construction at the Multi-Mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project.
