Joint force medics mark simulated patients during a mass casualty exercise as a part of Storm Flag 25-05 at Alexandria Airport, Louisiana, March 24, 2025. The exercise simulated a war-time scenario resulting in more than 60 casualties requiring aeromedical evacuation onboard a 15th Airlift Squadron C-17 Globemaster III. Aircrew and support personnel from across the joint force and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization rallied manpower and resources to support the mass evacuation measure.
