U.S. Marines with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 352, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, and Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11, MAG-11, load an AGM-84H/K Standoff Land Attack Missile – Expanded Response from a Marine adjustable cargo trailer into a KC-130J Super Hercules with VMGR-352 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Feb. 28, 2025. The MAC-T, a non-standard asset acquired by MALS-11, was critical for transporting two AGM-84H/K SLAM-ER missiles to Okinawa, Japan, in support of Balikatan 25. With no K-loaders available, the MAC-T enabled safe nose-first loading onto a KC-130 Super Hercules and was offloaded and reused upon arrival. Compatible with all Marine Corps assault support aircraft and the C-17, the MAC-T enhances logistics flexibility by allowing trailers to be linked for larger loads and deployed rapidly as needed.
