As the sun sets Feb. 24, 2025, a team at Manila American Cemetery works to disinter the remains of an unknown service member. The remains will be processed by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency to see if they can be identified. Since the first disinterment at an ABMC site in 2004, almost 1,200 have been completed.
