    Canadian Cpl. Pascal Lacasse, Royal Air Force 3 Wing Construction Engineers Canadian Forces from Bagotville, Quebec, and Staff Sgt. Kevin Fitts, 145th Civil Engineering Squadron pulls wire through conduit, finishing electrical wiring in a newly constructed building. Lacasse is one of 26, Royal Air Force Engineers that participated in the Deployment for Training Program hosted in March 2013 by the 145th Civil Engineering Squadron at the North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site in New London, N.C.
