Navy Equipment Operator 2nd Class Felix Espin reenlists in the Navy and transitions from the reserve to active duty, Naval Base Ventura County, California, March 20, 2025. Espin worked as a civilian at Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) and is continuing on at NAVFAC EXWC as an active duty sailor. A native of Oxnard, California, Espin graduated from Hueneme High School and joined the Navy Reserve in August 2018.
